About me, Falk

Between Mind and Body

I'm Falk.

Originally, I trained as an industrial mechanic. Although my life looked stable from the outside, I often felt that something essential was missing. I was functioning, but I didn't truly feel at home within myself.

What followed wasn't a straight career path, but a search—a search for a way of living that felt more authentic. It led me beyond Germany, through different countries, communities and spiritual traditions. I lived in a yoga ashram, spent several years travelling to India, and immersed myself in the study of yoga, breathwork, meditation and bodywork.

Along the way I met inspiring teachers, gained valuable experiences, and also learned the importance of questioning what I was being taught. Not every method delivers what it promises, and not every teacher who possesses knowledge embodies the wisdom they share. Because of this, I became less interested in finding the best method and more interested in a different question:

What genuinely helps this particular person, in their unique situation?

Today I support people in regulating their nervous system, releasing chronic tension and reconnecting with their body. Not because I believe I have all the answers, but because I've experienced firsthand how much can change when body, breath and awareness begin to work together again.

My work brings together Kriya Yoga, breathwork, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Marma Therapy and holistic coaching. Rather than seeing these as separate systems, I view them as complementary tools that can be adapted to each individual.

My Journey

2017 – Yoga Ashram, Spain

After a long period of inner exhaustion, I spent 13 months living in a yoga ashram in southern Spain. It was there that my deeper exploration of yoga, breathwork and meditation began, and where I first experienced what it truly means to move from living primarily in the mind to reconnecting with the body.

2023 – Kriya Yoga, Rishikesh

In Rishikesh, India, I completed a Kriya Yoga teacher training in the tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati. The integration of breath, concentration and meditation profoundly shaped my understanding of the relationship between the nervous system, energy and inner stability.

2025–2026 – Siddha Healing Practices, Goa

Over the course of a year, I immersed myself in traditional Siddha Healing Practices. My training included meditation, mantra, ritual practice, subtle energy work and different approaches to energetic healing. More than anything, this experience deepened my understanding that healing is not something another person "does" to us, but a process supported through presence, personal responsibility and compassionate guidance.

2026 – Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Goa

In Arambol, North Goa, I completed my training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. Combining deep tissue massage, assisted yoga stretches, breath awareness and Marma therapy, this work adds a physical dimension to my practice that often reaches places where words alone cannot.

My Approach

I work with Kriya Yoga, breathwork, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Marma Therapy and holistic coaching—either individually or in combination, depending on what is most supportive for you.

Every person carries a unique story, different strengths and different challenges. For that reason, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes.

My role is to create a space where your nervous system can settle, your body becomes a source of support again, and greater clarity, resilience and freedom can emerge.

I often work with people experiencing ADHD, chronic stress or persistent inner tension, but my approach is open to anyone who wishes to reconnect with themselves and cultivate a more grounded way of living.

I don't believe in miracle cures. I believe in an individual path—and in the power of the right tools, offered at the right time, to make a meaningful difference.
